Order processing time in Kuwait: 3–5 business days.

• Outside Kuwait: 3–5 business days (shipping time not included).

• Only ready-made items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Only the item cost will be refunded; delivery fees are non-refundable.

• No refund will be issued if the item shows signs of use, tag removal, or is in poor condition. The invoice must be provided.

• For international shipping: we are not responsible for customs fees in other countries.
